The room is centrally located in old town with everything within short distance. The place is modern, fresh and newly refurbished, and the ac is very effective so it's easy to maintain a comfortable temperature indoors. We stayed at the ground floor, which was nice – we had all our breakfasts in the little own "terrace" area with table and chairs outside the room. We also appreciated the calm and charming garden with its lounge feeling. Wi-fi also works fine. The reception was very good even if we arrived late at night. To stay at Cortille Antico also involves a familiar feeling, with the hosting family very present which we at least felt was nice. And of course – Trapani is a very nice destination with a charming city, good beaches (San Giuliano) and many nice excursion possibilities (Favignana, Erice and San Vito lo Capo).

The kitchen is not so well equipped, could at least include some knives etc for food preparation. The cleaning was so and so – linen and towels weren't changed until after five days (we stayed a week) and the floor was not cleaned any time during our stay. It's also good to know that the reception is not at the residence but at a tourist office located at Via Garibaldi about 300 meters from Cortille Antico (but the service there is very friendly and effective).

I liked three things most about this hotel: price, location, and cleanliness. The room was similar to an extended stay hotel room but looks as if it has been recently refurbished. It is very convenient to the shopping district and within walking distance of the beach.

Clean, fresh and very nice organized room. Everything you need is there. It is not very big but it's there. Personal was very friendly.

It's quite humid in the room.

The hotel is very well situated - it is in the centre of Trapani, you can easily access all the restaurants, bars and corso within 5 minutes walk. Also, there is a public parking available at a nearby location, which is very convenient having in mind that you will definitely need a car if you want to see a bit more of Sicily. Room was newly furbished, and the yard ('cortile') is very, very nice. Altogether, this is a recommendable hotel.

Several things can possibly bother you in this hotel, none of which is particularly dramatic. Room was not always clean enough. We figured that one of the maids was much more thorough, so the cleanliness will vary significantly depending on the hotel shifts. Another thing is that the wardrobe in studio does not have any room for your things (there are several clothes hangers but nothing more than that, and much of the wardrobe is already occupied by linen). Finally, there are other people living in the cortile and some of them can be a bit noisy at times. This may not bother you as it gives an authentic Sicilian feeling to the hotel, but if you like to sleep longer you may not be able to do so sometimes.

Nice, clean apartment with 2 separate rooms and separate bathrooms divided by the floor with extra entrance possibility - so ideal for the family with teenagers (wi-fi used frequently ;-). Quiet area, picturesque town. Fantastic clean sea. Good for relaxing stay.

The only disadvantage is extensible couch - after few nights you can be beaten by the pit in the middle of the couch because it is not designed for permanent use.

Well starting from the very beginning we landed at almost midnight, however the staff called me and we had a lot of help of it, as he has waited for us in the bus stop at that time to show where our apartment was. The room was always clean and the design of it felt that we wanted to come there. This is a perfect place for a young to stay a weekend which I would strongly recommend. One more thing was help from reception, they were very hospitable. Thumbs up !

It has a nice kitchen with two electric burners a full refrigerator, and pots and pans, it can sleep up to 4/5, the shower pressure rocks and it is decorated with Ikea furniture. Close walk to the main street only two blocks away and water(not for swimming) is only 3 blocks away...no grocery store close by at all so bring groceries.... If you need an up stairs and down staris the one that sleeps 4 is great otherwise the smaller unit is pretty big too...one floor just smaller bathroom same size kitchen. They do speak english and picked us up to bring us to the hotel as we were lost in the maze of small tiny roads trying to get to their location which is impossibleas the roads are closed off.... You are better off meeting them at the square by the water or the free parking lot and calling them and telling them where you are..

There is absolutely no view, you are in the heart of the city, there is no way to drive to the check in desk however he will bike to your location if you call them. The rooms needed to be rearranged, but once I moved the fridge and microwave it was much better, the beds are normal hard European beds, the kids like the sofa bed, it was roomy for apartments go in the city. Noisy with lots of cats and people screaming at all hours of the night..cat poop is on the roads alot. the steps are steep and slipery if wet..there is no easy way to get your luggage to the hotel without lugging them a few blocks.. It is not a pretty view at all and there are people living in the units around you as some of them are for year round rent...nice old ladies that love kids.. Much cobble stone paths for strollers and cat bombs everywhere.. Worth the money for the internet axcess.....and the easy to walk everywhere...

The staff told us the places we should visit, they didn´t know though where to eat properly. Bikehire was inpossible, because everytime we asked for bikerent, they told: tomorrow, but the tomorrow never game.

We had reserved one appartment with two bedrooms, the other "bedroom" was in the kitchen/livingroom. The beds were unconfident and one of the beds was broken in the beginning and they told us that we had broken it! The departure day was a catastrof; we had our luggage in the reception and when we arrived to get our luggage, it was closed because of the siesta (15 min before 1 pm!!!!).

Very impressed for the price. Clean and newly renovated rooms. Spacious, quiet, comfortable beds. Close to great restaurants and shopping, as well as the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Difficult to find.

Straight in the middle of the Centro Storico of Trapani. Staff totally helpful and friendly. We even inadvertently caused one small damage, but were not charged anything. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything you might need to cook for yourself. The garden is extremely relaxing and quite well kept.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be sligthly better - nothing to worry about, though.

It was great because it was better than what we expected after seeing the photos. We had the ground floor room which was extremely comfortable. There was a tiny bump with the water on one of the days but the handyman was called straight away. otherwise, there's a really nice courtyard to relax in and the rooms are all located around, kind of reminded me of a Moroccan Riad.

The location was very central, just off the main Via Garabaldi although it was approached via a narrow alleyway. The apartment was well supplied with ample crockery and glasses. Well supplied with towels and cleaning was carried out daily (no linen change) Bedroom was large and airy.

The accomodation was very basic with a number of small to medium niggles. I had booked an apartment planning to cook but there was only a 2 ring hob and a couple of pans supplied - no knives for preparing food or chopping boards were supplied and there was very little preparation space in the kitchen. On attempting to cook someting using table knives to cut veg etc. I found both pans would not fit on the hob at the same time!There is a large fridge and microwave. Shower head was very precarios and fell and hit me several times. Light above the mirror not working. Bed very uncomfortable - mattress in need of renewal. General area with other residents very noisy, particularly in the evening.

Perfect location, nice people and wonderfull patio where you can have a rest with glasses of italian wine.

Great location!!Lots of privacy! Very clean.

Make sure you let them know when you will be back to get your luggage. Sometimes they leave their office in the middle of the day.

Satff is really great and thry will help you with any questions you have. Location of studios is perfect for exploring the old town and being in the centre of everything.

Only one small thing taht botheredme - we rented 2 studios and in one there was only one small window in the bathroom. Otherwise studios are big and comfortable.
